Walnut Cranberry Apple Salad
Ingredients
1 head - Green Leaf Lettuce
1 - Apple
1/2 c. - Chopped Walnuts (toasted)
1/2 c. - Craisins
1/4 c. - La Bonne Vie Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
Dressing of Choice (Suggestions)
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Raspberry Vinaigrette
Creamy Poppyseed
Instructions
Wash, dry, and cut lettuce.
Chop apples into pieces.
Toast walnuts, add to salad once cooled.
Add-in craisins and goat cheese.
Top with dressing and enjoy!!
