This salad is not only healthy but SUPER tasty and simple!!


Walnut Cranberry Apple Salad


Ingredients


1 head - Green Leaf Lettuce

1 - Apple

1/2 c. - Chopped Walnuts (toasted)

1/2 c. - Craisins

1/4 c. - La Bonne Vie Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese

Dressing of Choice (Suggestions)

  • Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • Creamy Poppyseed

Instructions

  1. Wash, dry, and cut lettuce.

  2. Chop apples into pieces.

  3. Toast walnuts, add to salad once cooled.

  4. Add-in craisins and goat cheese.

  5. Top with dressing and enjoy!!
