Baked Brie

This sweet baked Brie is easy and so delicious. If we weren’t in a pandemic I’d say this would be great at any party, but now it’s just good for any time!!

Ingredients


1 (8oz.) - Brie

1 - Crescent Dough Sheet

1/8 c. - Honey

1/8 c. - Raisins

1/8 c. - Craisins

1/8 c. (about 3)- Dried Apricots, Diced

1/8 c. (about 3) - Dried Dates, Diced

1/8 c. - Chopped Pecans

1 Tsp. - Maple Syrup


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, nuts, maple syrup, and dried fruit.

  3. On a greased baking sheet, roll out the can of pastry.

  4. Place brie in the center of pastry.

  5. Top with mixture.

  6. Fold-over the dough, making sure you pinch the sides. You can make a design if you like.

  7. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
