This pie has the perfect fall and summer fruit mix! As we transition into fall, this is the perfect combo, and who doesn't love pie?
Mixed Fruit Pie
1 - @pilsbury Pie Crust
1 - Peach
1 - Nectarine
1 - Granny Smith Apple
1/4 c. - Cherries
1/4 c. - Blueberries
1/4 c. Strawberries
1 Tsp. - Nutmeg
2 Tsp. - Cinnamon
1 Tsp. - Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. - Flour
Crumb Topping
1 c. - Oats
1/4 c. - Flour
1/4 c. - Raw Sugar
1/4 c. - Butter, melted
1/2 Tsp. - Nutmeg
1 Tsp. - Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Roll out pie crust on 9” pie dish.
Cut fruit and add to a bowl.
Add in vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour, toss, and let sit for about 5 minutes.
While that is sitting combine the crumb topping ingredients.
Arrange fruit as desired and crimp pie car edge.
Add crumb mix to the top and bake for 25 minutes.
