Did someone say pie?


 

This pie has the perfect fall and summer fruit mix! As we transition into fall, this is the perfect combo, and who doesn't love pie?


Mixed Fruit Pie


1 - @pilsbury Pie Crust

1 - Peach

1 - Nectarine

1 - Granny Smith Apple

1/4 c. - Cherries

1/4 c. - Blueberries

1/4 c. Strawberries

1 Tsp. - Nutmeg

2 Tsp. - Cinnamon

1 Tsp. - Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp. - Flour


Crumb Topping

1 c. - Oats

1/4 c. - Flour

1/4 c. - Raw Sugar

1/4 c. - Butter, melted

1/2 Tsp. - Nutmeg

1 Tsp. - Cinnamon


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out pie crust on 9” pie dish.

  3. Cut fruit and add to a bowl.

  4. Add in vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour, toss, and let sit for about 5 minutes.

  5. While that is sitting combine the crumb topping ingredients.

  6. Arrange fruit as desired and crimp pie car edge.

  7. Add crumb mix to the top and bake for 25 minutes.
