This side dish is so simple to make, and it goes great with any protein! I made mine in the oven but you could even throw this on the grill for the perfect barbeque that will WOW everyone's tastebuds.
I made one but you could make as many as needed.
Rosemary & Garlic Baked Potato
1- Potato
1 Tbsp. - Soft Butter
2 Tsp. - Garlic, chopped
2 sprigs - Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste, optional
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut 1/4” thick slits in the potato, make sure you don't cut all the way through.
In each slit, add butter, garlic, and a short sprig of Rosemary.
Wrap in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
