As fall comes to an end and everyone seems to have gone from Halloween straight to Christmas. I figured I would do a week dedicated to my favorite fall food...APPLES!!
To start this week off, I am going to share this delicious Apple Crisp Pie.
Apple Crisp Pie
Ingredients
2 to 3 - Large Apples
1 - Pillsbury Pie Crust
1/2 c. - Light Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. - Cinnamon
1 Tsp. - Nutmeg
1/4 c. - Flour
1 c. - Oats
1 Tsp. - Vanilla
2 Tbsp. - Melted Butter
Instructions
Place pie crust in a pie dish and pinch edges.
Peel and slice apples.
Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oats.
Fold the dry mixture with apples and add in vanilla and melted butter.
Bake at 375° F for 25 minutes.
