HOW FUN ARE THESE!! Everyone loves a good taco and where that all starts is the seasoning, so take notes.
Spooky Taco Tuesday
1 lb. - Ground Beef
2 Tbsp. - Goya Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp. - Ground Cumin
1 Tsp. - Ground White Pepper
1 Tbsp. - Adobo
1 Tbsp. - Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. - Onion Powder
1/2 c. - Water
4 - Taco Shells
2- Mozzarella Sticks
Olives
Tomato and onion, optional
In a large frying pan, brown beef on high heat.
Drain fat.
Turn to medium-low heat and stir in seasoning and tomato sauce, cook for about 3 minutes.
Stir in water and let cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Layer tomato, onion, then beef on the taco shells.
Peel mozzarella into strips and lay across the top.
Add olive eyeballs and broil on high until cheese is melted.
