Spooky Taco Tuesday for Day 3 of 13 Days of Halloween

HOW FUN ARE THESE!! Everyone loves a good taco and where that all starts is the seasoning, so take notes.


Spooky Taco Tuesday

1 lb. - Ground Beef

2 Tbsp. - Goya Tomato Sauce

2 Tbsp. - Ground Cumin

1 Tsp. - Ground White Pepper

1 Tbsp. - Adobo

1 Tbsp. - Garlic Powder

1 Tbsp. - Onion Powder

1/2 c. - Water

4 - Taco Shells

2- Mozzarella Sticks

Olives


Tomato and onion, optional


  1. In a large frying pan, brown beef on high heat.

  2. Drain fat.

  3. Turn to medium-low heat and stir in seasoning and tomato sauce, cook for about 3 minutes.

  4. Stir in water and let cook for an additional 3 minutes.

  5. Layer tomato, onion, then beef on the taco shells.

  6. Peel mozzarella into strips and lay across the top.

  7. Add olive eyeballs and broil on high until cheese is melted.
